You acknowledge that Grayscale Marketing Source is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Grayscale Marketing Source and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Children Under Thirteen
Grayscale Marketing Source does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use GrayscaleMarketings.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Grayscale Marketing Source Refund/Cancellation Policy Grayscale Marketing Source reserves the right to refuse/cancel Grayscale Marketing Source. If Grayscale Marketing Source refuses a new or renewing service, registrants will be offered a refund. Cancellation by Participant cancellations received within 10 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $150 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline Florida Statute 721.205 will not be eligible for a refund. Just be advised that offers for your property will no longer be advertised at that time. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or email, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All benefits and incentives received by participants must be cancelled/returned to the Grayscale Marketing Source. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. These above policies apply to all Grayscale Marketing Source clients unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
Grayscale Marketing Source Event Refund/Cancellation Policy EVENT CANCELLATION BY SPONSOR If Grayscale Marketing Source cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Grayscale Marketing Source has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration Cancellation by Participant Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 business days before the event. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $75 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Termination/Access Restriction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Florida in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Grayscale Marketing Source as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Grayscale Marketing Source performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Grayscale Marketing Source right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Grayscale Marketing Source with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Grayscale Marketing Source with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Grayscale Marketing Source with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
