According to the American Resorts Development Association (ARDA), in most cases, timeshare owners are allowed to rent out their property as opposed to selling or leaving their timeshare, but with certain limitations in place.
It is important for property owners to be aware of their policies. Regulations may differ depending on the company. We strongly recommend that property owners review their deeds to make sure that their properties are permitted for third-party occupation. Grayscale Marketing Source does not endorse the use of our website for listings that are not eligible for rent.
Your listings will usually be confirmed and posted live within three to five working days. We appreciate having genuine hosts on every listing.
If you do not find your listing published live yet, please search your email inbox for a notification from us.
Our team will send you an email containing a hyperlink to approve or decline the renter's booking offer. Please make sure to respond to the request within 24 hours. Our team will forward the renter's details to you afterward. When you have fulfilled these requirements, your guest can proceed with the check-in process without any further delay.
